Even at a young age I was very
entrepreneurial. As a teen, I started a yard care business to pay for
my tuition to the Outward Bound School in Maine. After college, I started a
construction-related company that grew and prospered until sold in 1981.
That experience was then leveraged in a long career in technology project
management to Fortune 1000 and government executives, both domestically and
internationally.
My family has been involved with
income-producing real estate businesses since 1971, so it was natural to
take that experience and meld it with valuable skills from high tech. These
marketing, sales, negotiation, and customer follow-through skills are
applied everyday in the marketing of Placer County residential real estate.

Perhaps the most important skill a Realtor can possess is the
ability to solve problems.
To solve problems, I listen carefully to your circumstances
and objectives. I ask questions to clarify your overall
desires as well as your requirements and limitations.
To this information, I apply common sense.
Only then do I consider how I can best serve your needs. I will not hesitate
to refer you to another real estate professional if I can't do an
outstanding job for you.
My objective is always to help you
maximize your opportunities as a buyer or seller.
My skills make things happen in a smooth and consistent
progression toward your dreams - whether you are buying or selling.
